Squamous is a rules lite roleplaying game of cosmic horror using the In Darkest Warrens system, meaning it's a full ruleset in a single sheet of paper.
Not only do you get a full set of rules, but Squamous also includes a list of mythos creatures and a full Mystery scenario The Dreaming House to get you started.
- Play as an Occultist, Soldier, Private Investigator, Professor or Doctor
- A simple single d6 system for fast, uncomplicated play
- The lucidity system means madness doesn't take you out of the game
- A list of Lovecraftian horrors for investigators to face
- Clue system means the investigation never grinds to a halt
- Simple to convert other Lovecraftian adventures for use with Squamous

It seems that the file may have been corrupted or something, Pages 1 and three are half obscured by a large black bar in the file when I download it.
It might just be that my phone is having difficulty reading the file though.
Awesome to see you expanding the Neon Cities system to other genres. Looking forward to trying this out
Cool game
This was really good fun to run. Are there any plans for other scenarios? I'm also pondering using it to run some olf CoC scenarios, have you done this with Squamous?
